Compatibility check before you order
This kit fits the HiTi S420 and S400 only. It is not compatible with the P510, P520L, P525L, P630A, P720L, P750L, or M610 — each of those uses a different media format. If your S420 or S400 has older firmware, a one-time firmware update from hiti.com may be required for the printer to recognize this current-generation, chip-free media — see the FAQ below.

Probably not. Current-generation HiTi S-series media no longer uses a chip on the ribbon, which requires a one-time firmware update on older printers before they'll recognize it. Firmware updates are available at hiti.com's support and downloads page.
