Orders Containing Backordered Items

Because international freight, customs, and import expenses can be significant, we generally do not split international orders containing backordered products. The complete order may be held until all items are available and ready to ship together. Please contact us promptly if you would like to modify or cancel a backordered item, since changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment.

Refused or Returned Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for all related expenses, which may include:
