For shipments sent with signature confirmation, the carrier’s delivery confirmation and recorded signature constitute proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order.

For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. In such cases, delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered final.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If the customer believes an order was stolen after confirmed delivery, the customer may choose to file a police report. Theft of delivered merchandise is treated seriously under applicable law, and carriers may work with law enforcement authorities during investigations.

6. Risk of Loss and Title

Title to and risk of loss for items pass to the customer upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
