• Streaking, banding, or color shifts in prints: This is almost always a ribbon or paper issue rather than a printer fault. Confirm you are using genuine HiTi media matched to your exact model, check that the ribbon is seated fully, and clean the print head with a proper isopropyl-alcohol swab if the printer has been in storage or transported recently.
• P322W or P630A won't connect over WiFi: Both models need to be on the same 2.4GHz network as your phone or computer; neither connects reliably to a 5GHz-only network. Forget the network on your device, restart the printer, and reconnect through the Prinbiz app rather than your device's general WiFi settings.
• "Ribbon Error" or "Ribbon Missing" message with a ribbon installed: Most HiTi ribbons use RFID or chip-based recognition. Reseat the ribbon cartridge fully, confirm it is the correct part number for your exact printer model (media is not interchangeable between models), and power-cycle the printer.
• Paper jams during printing: Open the paper door and check for a partial sheet stuck at the print head rather than pulling from the feed tray. Fan the paper stack lightly before loading, and avoid touching the printable surface, since oils from fingers can cause feeding issues.
